The City of Toronto is reviewing the North York Centre Secondary Plan to refresh the vision and planning policies that guide growth and investment in the community. Trends, issues and opportunities were identified during Phase 1 of the project, from September 2023 to September 2024, and have informed a proposed Emerging Preferred Option to guide the eventual Secondary Plan update. The project is now in Phase 2, which features additional opportunities for the community to get involved, such as by responding to the survey and heritage map below to review and help refine the proposed directions of the Emerging Preferred Option.
